This hotel was a fantastic choice for us. We loved its central location right next to the famous shopping area of the city, Guan Qian Jie, and just a few minutes' walk from the main tourist district. The transportation was incredibly convenient, with a subway station nearby and many buses stopping right in front of the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel facilities were excellent; we particularly enjoyed spending time in the beautiful courtyard garden facing the entrance foyer. Additionally, the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing to fault.

The hotel itself was surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the amenities such as the ironing facilities and air conditioning. The staff were friendly and professional, making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel had a decent location close to the subway and some shops, which made it easy to explore the city during the day. We also enjoyed walking around the gardens in the evening, which was a nice touch. The room itself was clean and tidy, which made our stay more comfortable.
Our Christmas time at this hotel was not great. The heating in the room was not working, the wifi was extremely slow, and the staff did not seem interested in helping us with any of the issues we faced.

The hotel is in a prime location, just next to a bustling shopping district. You can easily walk to several tourist sites including a temple, gardens, and canals. the room was cozy and clean, with a pretty courtyard view. the bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries, and the wifi was fast. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations.
The breakfast was not included in the room price, and it was expensive.

I spent my Easter holiday in a hotel located in the heart of a bustling city that still managed to offer peace and quiet. the hotel offered beautiful traditional Chinese design and had a lovely garden area, that made me feel like I was truly experiencing China. the location of the hotel was excellent because I could easily walk to a nearby market and temples. I was able to stroll along canals to reach the museum. the staff also provided taxis for longer trips, and the hotel was easily accessible by the metro.
The hotel staff wasn't always polite, and the housekeeping staff made a lot of noise in the early mornings and late afternoons. Although the hotel is located in the middle of the vibrant street life, this was also a disadvantage because of the noise levels.
